Hosted by the African American Resource Center, this trivia-style competition features themed questions based on Black/African American history. Registration is required for teams.
The bowl is open to all middle and high school students as well as business organizations, churches, book clubs, families and other community groups. The theme for the bowl this is year is "100 Years of Commemoration."
The trivia competition will feature a Middle School Bowl, High School Bowl and a Community Bowl. Trophies will be awarded to first-, second- and third-place winners. Each member of the winning teams in the school categories will receive prizes.
