One Book, One Tulsa is going virtual!
This year’s selection is the acclaimed novel "Red at the Bone" by Jacqueline Woodson. Join us virtually on the evening of Sept. 4 for a discussion of Woodson's novel, which sensitively explores what it means to be a black girl growing up in America. "Red at the Bone" is a multigenerational tale of two black families that takes the reader from the Tulsa Race Massacre to present-day Brooklyn. Following her talk, Woodson will take questions from the audience. Register online to receive a Zoom link to the event. Email cas@tulsalibrary.org with questions!
