Join us for a Zoom discussion with several writers from HBO's "Watchmen" series, as well as the comics curator from OKPOP. The panel will discuss the show and its relation to the Tulsa Race Massacre.

Join a panel of experts as they discuss HBO's television series "Watchmen," based on Alan Moore's graphic novel of the same name. Per HBO: "Set in an alternate timeline where masked vigilantes are treated as outlaws, "Watchmen" embraces the nostalgia of the original groundbreaking graphic novel ... while attempting to break new ground of its own." Panelists will examine the role of the Tulsa Race Massacre throughout the series.

Register online or email register@tulsalibrary.org to receive a Zoom invite.

Sponsored by the Tulsa Library Trust.
