Each year, the Tulsa City-County Library hosts a systemwide initiative called "One Book, One Tulsa," during which Tulsa County residents are encouraged to read the same book. The purpose of this program is to foster literacy within our community and to encourage conversation about a meaningful book.
This year’s selection is Crying in H Mart by bestselling author Michelle Zauner, an unflinching, powerful memoir about growing up Korean American, losing her mother and forging her own identity.
Join us on the first floor of Central Library for a discussion of Zauner's memoir. Following her presentation, Zauner will answer questions from the audience and sign books.
