Meet us at Memorial Park Cemetery to learn about cemetery research for genealogists, tombstone iconography and care. Registration is required. For adults.

Cemeteries may be spooky to some, but graveyards are a great place for genealogists to find family history clues. Meet us at Memorial Park Cemetery’s Family Center where we will provide information on researching cemeteries, tombstone iconography and how-to instructions on caring for gravestones. Supplies and instructions for making gravestone rubbings are provided. Take the information from this program to use at your own family’s gravesite. Wear comfortable shoes and bring blankets and/or folding chairs to explore the cemetery.
